"My name is Lynette Zandile Mthiyane. I was born in Nelspruit, in a township called Kanyamazane and later on moved to Matsulu until now, I started School at Funindlela Primary and matriculated at Sibusisiwe High School.
Growing up I learnt a lot and I always had a person who I look up to who motivates me, my role model who is my sister. This has been my inspiration and my motivation in life comes from understanding that being alive and waking up everyday is a gift that comes from God, being alive simply means God has chosen you to make something different in people's lives and push hard towards your future with grace he has given you.
I want to inspire people into realising how important life is and this is how I want people to remember me by impacting this into their lives so that they live positively. I want to leave a mindset on people that yes, music can build a person to a certain level.
Growing up in life has been good even though we all ain't perfect but we all learn from the major milestones we face in life. One of my regrets is taking time to focus more on music and performances. I was afraid to face the crowd but I realised that music is something I am deeply passionate about.
Loosing my mom made life a bit hard, I had to go through a lot of challenges but I learn from them, they have pushed me to do better in life. I got where I am in life through learning, knowing that fear will never take me anywhere but I should be brave and do whatever I want in order to achieve in life.
My advice would be that one should never let a situation crush them instead rule over that situation and know that we face challenges so that we can grow and learn."
